40 kW Power station with 42 kWh BESS
The main objective of this project was to reduce the facility's electricity costs by utilizing the adjacent vacant land. Taking into account the available space and the optimal placement of the solar panel system, it was decided to design a ground-mounted system that also integrated energy storage capabilities.
Technical Solution
Our engineers developed a custom solar power plant project with a panel capacity of 40 kWp, orienting the panels precisely southward and at a slight angle toward the morning sun for maximum productivity. The system is equipped with 30 kW hybrid inverters connected to 42 kWh batteries, ensuring energy storage and efficient self-consumption. Extensive earthworks and cable trench construction were carried out to connect the station to the main distribution cabinet. In addition, the system includes remote monitoring, which allows the customer to track production and storage data in real time. It also allows the customer to set the desired charging/discharging times.
Result
Once the system is up and running, it can generate up to 38 MWh per year, covering a significant portion of the company's own consumption during the summer season and providing backup energy with the help of batteries. This not only generates financial savings, but also promotes sustainable business by reducing dependence on external energy sources.
