Complete inspection of the electrical network of a retail store and preparation of an opinion

This project includes a complete survey of the electrical network of a retail store, performing electrical measurements, inspections, and preparing the necessary documents to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and fire safety. The service is based on the work of certified specialists with calibrated measuring devices, focusing on insulation, grounding and contact tests, as well as thermography. The project helps to prevent risks such as short circuits or overheating and prepares official reports for the Building Board, the State Fire and Rescue Service, and insurers in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 238.

Main works performed:

• Measurements and tests: Insulation resistance measurements, grounding and lightning protection tests, as well as contact connection tests in distribution cabinets were performed to identify damage and risks.
• Thermography: A professional thermal imaging camera was used to detect hot spots and potential sources of ignition in the electrical network.
• In progress: The specialist took measurements on site, temporarily disconnecting the electricity for safety reasons, and recorded the results.
• Documentation: Prepared official technical reports, measurement protocols, and recommendations for defect elimination, which are legally valid for commissioning and insurance purposes.

Place of fulfilment:

The inspection was carried out in the premises of the retail store, covering distribution cabinets, cables, and the entire electrical network.
