Document coordination and commissioning

Bureaucracy is our concern, not yours. We take care of all the necessary documentation at the Building Authority (BIS), Distribution Network, and government agencies to ensure that your system is 100% legal.

Why is this important?

Without official commissioning, any structure (including a solar park) is considered "unauthorized construction." This carries the risk of penalties, increased property tax, and problems when selling the property. We take this burden off your shoulders. Our specialists work with the BIS system on a daily basis and know all the legal nuances to ensure that the process runs quickly and smoothly.

• Distribution Network (ST) We obtain technical regulations and connection permits, and connect microgenerators or power plants to the grid.
• BIS System Full case management in the Construction Information System. Submissions, explanatory notes, making changes, and receiving final acts.
• State aid We prepare technical documentation and invoices in accordance with the requirements for receiving ECII and ALTUM funding.

Coordination of construction plans Before starting work. We prepare an "Explanatory Note" or "Certification Card," coordinate it with the engineering network operators, and obtain approval from the Building Authority. You receive the green light for construction.

Preparation of enforcement documentation After completion of work. To hand over the object, a pile of paperwork is required: covered work reports, declarations of conformity for materials, execution plans, and measurement protocols. We prepare and sign all of this.

Commissioning of the facility Final stage. We organize a commission (if necessary) or submit a certificate of completion of construction work. The result is an official act on the commissioning of the building/station.

2. Document collection We communicate with architects, surveyors, and authorities, gathering all the necessary information.
3. Submission All documents are submitted electronically. We monitor deadlines and respond to requests from authorities.
4. Result You receive a ready decision and a folder with all the necessary documents.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I coordinate everything myself in BIS? Theoretically, yes, but the system is complex and specific. An incorrectly completed application or a missing document can mean rejection and having to start the process all over again. We save you time and stress.

How much does commissioning cost? It depends on the type of property (private house, manufacturing facility) and its complexity. Solar panels are faster and cheaper to install than in a residential house. Contact us to find out the exact costs.
