System audit and quality control

Don't guess – check. We conduct in-depth testing of solar parks and electrical networks so that you can be sure that the system is operating at 100% efficiency and is safe.

Trust is good, verification is better

Even a new and expensive system can be inefficient if installation errors have been made or the equipment has a factory defect. E-Stacija offers independent technical audits. We find the "weak spots" that reduce your productivity or create a fire hazard, and provide solutions to eliminate them.

  • Increasing productivity Often, a simple error (e.g., one damaged panel in a string) reduces the capacity of the entire station by 20-30%. We find it.

  • Longevity of equipment By noticing overload or poor contact in time, you will save your expensive inverter from burning out.

  • Pre-purchase audit Are you buying a house with pre-installed panels? We will check whether the "inheritance" is in working order or will require investment.

Solar panel performance tests We check every string. We measure the volt-ampere characteristics (I-V Curve tracing) to make sure that the panels actually produce as much as promised in the passport. We check for hot spots and microcracks.

Inverter and control system test We check the inverter's operation in various modes. Does it "wake up" correctly in the morning? Is the cooling system working? Is the anti-islanding protection functioning?

Load tests for electrical networks We simulate the maximum load on your home or business to see if the circuit breakers hold and the wires don't overheat. This is critically important before connecting powerful equipment (heat pumps, EV stations).

Thermographic audit We use a high-resolution thermal imaging camera to check all connections – in distribution cabinets, on panels and inverters. A hot connection is the first sign of a fire.

Testing process

  1. Visual inspection The engineer inspects the system, looking for mechanical damage, loose fasteners, or corrosion.

  2. Measurements with equipment We connect calibrated measuring devices and perform a series of tests (insulation, grounding, performance).

  3. Data analysis We compare the obtained data with the manufacturer's standards and simulation data.

  4. Report You will receive a detailed report with photos, a list of problems, and recommendations for solving them.

Frequently Asked Questions

My system is new, does it need to be tested? Ideally, yes. Testing immediately after installation (which we always do for our projects) records the "initial state." If another company does this, it is a way to verify that the installation has been done properly.

How can I know that my panels are underperforming? Without special measurements, it is difficult to say, as productivity varies depending on weather conditions. If you see that your bills are not decreasing as planned, or that a similar system installed by your neighbor is producing more, it is worth requesting an audit.

Can you fix the errors you find right away? Mostly, yes. If there are loose connections or configuration errors, we fix them immediately. If equipment replacement is necessary, we will prepare a quote.
